Game of Energies

Don’t know if it holds true for everyone or maybe I am one of the few “chosen ones” who get to experience the power of WANT. For a full time day dreamer and a part time struggling writer like me, it gets difficult to differentiate between reality and illusion. My belief says, everything around is an illusion which can be converted into reality depending on how desperately you are in WANT of it.

Gradual and slow, but things you wish to achieve in life and strategically prepare goals for achieving it , will certainly fall into your arms. Patience, hope and positive approach are very essential factors to reach these goals. For you to remain positive , self awareness plays a vital role. Know what makes you happy, what keeps you going and what motivates you to keep your hope and happiness alive. Happiness and hope are strongly driven by positivity. Positivism is a very powerful energy that will not only keep you mentally strong but also enhance your physical well being.

I know Myself : All my writing patterns, hand writing on papers and note- books, my behavior with humans, collection of pictures on my instagram page reflect towards one thing about my personality — An urge for change at a fast pace. Humans, jobs, places, repetitive food bore me easily. Which is why looking around towards things and perspectives with just my eyes makes more sense. Self obsession isn’t the word for it, loving yourself before anyone/anything else sounds apt. I’ll tell you how !

  1. Mental Stress- It’s a mind that loves being carefree, doesn’t stress upon what others feel about a certain situation and avoids unnecessary cooperation with circumstances by killing one’s own thoughts to get away with arguments. Escaping from the battle of ‘clash of thoughts' instigates negativity in the surrounding, hence disappearing works. Talking about big things like freedom of expression, not being a part of discussions which are nothing but loud conversations might be one of expressions to deal with mental stress ☺
  2. Physical Stress - That feeling of being unproductive for doing a monotonous task often results into binge eating. For a young mind (even though if it is not, let’s believe it to be one) wants challenges and would want to take up new assignments in life. Things that challenge capabilities, creates excitement and is in the interest of your current state of mind are enablers for your better performance. But in other situations the result would be losing a track of your body’s calorie intake. Talk about fitness and it’s gone for a toss already.
  3. Mental well being — Believes sleeping and lazying around provokes creativity for the brain is at peace and open to invite random things which further gets intertwined and produces something logical or maybe not. For all things that does not have logic-base are either creative or abstract and I love it ☺
  4. Physical well being — Work outs is not really my way of venting out. Travel scenes keep my happy hormones activated. Long walks, treks and other adventure sports play a vital role in keeping the adrenaline rush on and the body feels alive. Walking for miles, meeting new people, understanding their culture, problems and how they deal with it broadens your perspective towards life. You are more acceptable to new people, new food (which might be healthier to what you have been hogging otherwise) and exploring new places to tick things off your bucket list ☺

Without anybody else decide for your happiness , you are creator of your own attitude, perspective and destiny which leads you to being positive about everything around you. Where there is positive energy, there is hope and a strong will to reach /acquire what you want with all your heart and soul. And one day, you surely acquire it ☺
